"When you realize just how great you feel, you keep coming back," Erin says. "It works—I'm proof that it works."

After Erin gave birth to her son, her body changed in ways she didn't expect. Things were definitely different, but, she figured, she'd had a baby, she was in her 30s and she had hypothyroidism—that was just going to be the natural course of things.

"I just thought, 'there has to be a solution here.' And I called my [Jenny Craig] consultant and she made an appointment with me the next day. My consultant was really there to encourage me to keep going. Through this process, you gain another friend," she says. "My consultant would say, 'Get your calories in, you need to eat, eat, eat!' and that was the truth of it."  

Erin lost 20 pounds* on Jenny Craig without ever feeling deprived. She thought the food was delicious and filling and, as long as she followed the simple plan that her consultant laid out for her, she was able to achieve very clear results.

"It's changed my whole family's life. I'm a proud parent—my son eats much better because I was on Jenny. From one season to the next, my life changed," she says.
