    Interesting. Definitely good the research and you may want to see what form/supplement they used. I use a chewable from GNC. Also, may be worth it to see a neurologist. The medicine Imitrex has been a lifesaver for me. (I take generic). Migraines are the worst!

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm not really doing Keto Diet exactly.. I kind of tried it out earlier this spring, but really miss my fruits and veggie combos. My Dr recommended a book by a Dr. Ludwig called Always Hungry. It is kind of "south beach" approach, but with more of a focus of 50% fat for the first 2 weeks to kind of reset your metabolism. One SP friend brought up worries regarding the 'low carb flu' symptoms you get when you cut carbs, but I think this approach is a little less restrictive and thus far, feeling pretty good. Time will tell!
