    Hello thanks for the friend add I added you as well.
    As far as my weight loss it was one day at a time it took me 18 months to lose 120 pounds eating fresh foods fruits and veggies with lean meat. I count calories every day still, then I made sure my nutrition tracker was the first thing I did every day to insure I would have my meals planned out and I would exercise daily I did go to the gym but most of my workouts was gardening and taking care of the lawn and landscape.
    I am an outdoor person so that fit my lifestyle. I play golf on weekends with Hubby.
    I am going to be 70 this year and feel like 45 so eating healthy and staying active is my key to losing and keeping weight off. Best wishes on your weight loss journey.
