I'm a mom, wife, friend, love animals, music, and being in my garden. I have spent years taking care of other people while ignoring myself, and am trying to turn that oil tanker of a habit around. I am here not just for the trackers, but for the community. I was on SP about 12 years ago but didn't use it diligently, and that has changed. I look forward to celebrating my progress as well as yours!

Fitness Minutes: 22,000

My Goals:
Ride a horse again. 220lbs and less!

My Program:
 Biking or walking daily, strength training 6 days a week, whole foods only.
Track every single bite of food.
Drink 12-15 glasses of water daily.
1 BAS ( Big Ass Salad) daily



Personal Information:
I love being in my garden, I meditate, I'm a hypnotherapist and am using some of those techniques on myself to create a better mindset.
