 Paleo, Clean Eating, Organic, Low Carbs, Low Sugar, Egg whites, salads, protein shakes, lean meats, LOTS of Veggies, lots of water and tea.

 I am a huge Audrey Hepburn fan. Her class, humor and elegance inspires me. I have the best dog in the whole world. I live in Maine in an adorable little cottage that I am so proud of and absolutely love. Awesome family and great friends that love and support me. I am a lucky girl.

    Thank you! My husband said the same thing. It is so humbling to be an example for my son like this. I am proud. It keeps me honest too, I know he is watching, my daughter too, and I need to keep on doing the right things for myself to show them how to live well!

    I am organizing a 5K to benefit the Adult Congenital Heart Association and the Children's Heart Foundation in my town, I wish you were closer, I would love to have you here for it. It is gonna be a great party!
