⭐My introduction⭐ My name is Gina. I am a married, mother of five adult children including my oldest son Jonathon who was killed in a car crash in 2016 at the young age of 22. I have spent years yo-yo dieting with no real progress. (You may know my story but not the username) I am a living testimony that it doesn't matter how good the program is. If you're not willing to put in the work, It will not work for you! ⭐ What changed for me ⭐ I learned that I had a silent heart attack on November 16th. Despite being only 47, I had all the telltale signs that my body was in trouble starting with having high BP, high cholesterol, IBS, and several other health problems. I am morbidly obese in need of losing 140 pounds. I also have a family history of heart disease. My sister died in January at 52 due to heart complications. I know I will be next if I do not change the way I'm living. So, This is my journey of better health, and leaving the "We can do it later" in the past. 2020 Fall 5% Challenge. 💪Cloverleaf💪 (Currently under Drs care with limited exercising) Starting Weight: 339 pounds (November 23rd) Current Weight: 1st short term goal:

My Goals:
Short Term goals (Sept 3rd thru November 28th)
Lose 5% of my weight
Be able to walk a mile without feeling like I am going to faint.
Increase my strength and mobility.
Fit into my goal jean with comfort.
Lower my BP and high cholesterol.
Stop Drinking Soda


My Program:
I eat within the SP suggested calorie range.
I thrive to workout at least 20 minutes daily.
I am limiting my soda intake with the goal to quit.
