February 2019 according to my own calendar I will be 8 years of being active on Sparkpeople. But officially I am 8 years 15th of December. I want to celebrate my Sparkversary next year at my goal weight or 75% close. I know I can do this and I will.

My Goals:
Abdominal Girth less than 35 inches
Get into the healthy BMI
Run a 10k race in a good time
SMART Goals for BLC 45
S - I want to lose 10lbs
M - I will weigh on the scale daily to monitor/measure my progress. I will use the tape rule too.
A - I will lose +/- 1lb per week through exercise, portion control and intermittent fasting
R - Losing the 10lbs will improve my overall health and I will look good too.
T - I will achieve this in the next 12 weeks.
My Program:
250 minutes exercise per week.
Measure every food and track
Create a calorie deficit through exercise and portion control.
Weekly fruit fast
More nutrient dense foods at each meal.
