210 minutes per week (30 minutes each day usually)
exercise bike in the basement and/or walking

healthy choices & stay in calorie range

    Well, that predicted 1 in. of snow ended up being 3 in. of snow. Guess what the exercise of the day is! At least it's fluffy and not as much as we've gotten.
