I need all the support I can get and would love to give some!
Dieting has been a part of my life style for 18 years now and I have just decided this year...no more, just being healthier is what I need. Too much stress about getting thinner, I just want to be healthy!!! Enjoy life, be happy, laugh, love....love ALOT!

Healthier

Eating less chocolate...YIKES
Play more and yell less.......

My Program:
 Drink more water, read more(time to myself)
Exercise at least 3 days a week

I love my family, we have 4 children ages 18-13-11-8.
3 girls 1 boy

I married my high school sweet heart, but it was a rough on and off road before we got on this paved road! ;)
