I have never been THIN as a rail, but there was a time where I was average. I would LOVE to be average again! I HATE not being able to find things that fit! I also decided to get motivated again once I found out our life insurance was high due to my high BMI. Life is pretty stressful, but I need this! So I am setting mini goals so the my ultimate goal of loosing 70lbs doesn't seem like so much.

Goals:
1. Loose 15lb (200lbs)- Be the weight I was at each of the times I got pregnant. I would like to do this by my 33rd Birthday, which is at the end of May.

I haven't really set any goals past that one, as I have been working on accomplishing it since my son was born 3 years ago! I initially lost the weight while I was nursing hiim, but once I stopped, it all came back and decided to stay.

First Goal: 200lbs
Second Goal: 175lbs
Third Goal: 150lbs

All that said...I know I have mini daily goals of drinking plenty of water, avoiding fast food and keeping with the exercise.

Saturday: Wii Fit and run
Sunday: Day of rest



Personal Information:
I'm from Fishers, IN. I'm looking for someone else in the area who would like to go walking around Sunblest or Holland Park. I have 2 kids, a daughter (3) and a son (1). I work full time, so I am an evening walker/runner.


Other Information:
I enjoy to read and if I find a good book, I hate to put it down!

    Hi Allyson! I got some things done today at work and I feel better. I am by no means caught up, but I did try to let the emails, etc., just sit there and got some real work done. I need several more days like this.

    As far as the diet and exercise, I have been doing OK with the calories, but not with working out this week. Today after work, however, the weather was gorgeous and I went outside and worked in the garden for about an hour and a half. I feel like I'm getting back to my routine of eating right and working out, as the week comes to a close.

    I have some comp time from Tuesday that I am taking tomorrow afternoon. I WILL be doing something physical, working out, working in the garden, or most likely both. It's good for mind, body and soul.

    Hi Ally! Thanks for reading my blog.... I am hoping that the job will get better. I just have so much to do right now and I need to get through this, and once I know more about how to do the job, I think I will be better. Sometimes I feel like I'm in trouble a lot, but, maybe that will get better... I hope.... Right now, like I said, I feel like the job is getting the best of me... the best of my energy and concentration and time, and I feel like there's not much left over at night. I'm stressed all day, and I'm trying not to be stressed at night. Right now, my strategy is vodka! haha! Not too many calories, really... OK, gotta go spend time with my husband and drink!

    Hello Ally! I thought about doing the Bootcamp, but ended up joining the Spring 5% Challenge, and making my own program. I am doing strength and abs (from the Jillian MIchaels' DVD) three days a week and walking/jogging 5-6 days a week. AND I have increased my jog time, which I am super-excited about. I was jogging two minutes and walking two minutes. Well, yesterday, I decided just to keep jogging. When I looked down at the time on the treadmill, when I felt like I wanted to stop jogging and walk again, I had been jogging for 7 minutes! Not fast, mind you, but that is an accomplishment for me. I ended up jogging 20 minutes out of the 40 minutes that I was on the treadmill. I didn't jog for 7 minutes again, but I did 5 a couple of times and then a shorter one at the end.

    Hope you're having a great day off. I never have a day when I can just do what I want, and that's what I'm doing today. See ya soon!
