    Thanks for the add!! I see from your page you are considering doing Atkins. I do something similar called the Paleo Diet and it is wonderful. It has changed everything for me! If I were you though I would give it a good 30 days before you assess how it is going. It takes a while for your body to adjust to the changes. Know there are other options too for lo carb besides Atkins if it isn't fitting in with how you want your life.

    Excellent on your decision to add exercise to the plan! I've exercised most of my life but ended up taking a few years off because of a medical reason which has since been resolved. I thought I could jump right back into it but that wasn't that case. I started with the Spark 10 minutes a day and built up from there. I love my exercise plan now and it really enhances my life!

    Sounds like you have all good plans set for yourself which is a perfect formula for success!!!

    DO you blog? Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. Does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.

    Give it a try, you just might enjoy it. Look forward to seeing one from you.
