My name is Andrea. I've been here on sparkpeople since 2010 and I have learned so much about overall health and fitness since then. I have alot of beachbody programs (turbofire, clx, insanity, asylum 1&2, T25, P90X-2-3, combat, pump, piyo, p90, insanity Max30, 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme) which I do love!

2015 has been an interesting year because I found out 1/6/15 that I was pregnant! Ryan and I will welcome Broderick sometime around 9/19/15. We are really excited!

First trimester was kind of tough because I was pretty nauseated all the time. (I give women tons of kudos if they can exercise during 1st trimester). 2nd trimester got easier but then things got crazy with work and I was working ALOT. So didn't get much exercise.

Just started 3rd trimester 6/26 so hoping to do Turbo Jam in July and then we will see in August. Maybe the new dance program Cize?

Already thinking about post baby workout because I do miss exercising and I know certain parts of my body (ahhh my arms) have lost some muscle. But I'm hoping to get back in shape without to much trouble. I haven't gained alot of weight so far which I'm happy about.

My Goals:
**2016 Goals**

January, February and March were very challenging with having a newborn. But I kicked some April butt and hope to continue that momentum into the rest of 2016.

I want to exercise as much as possible. I do not plan on daily but when Brody goes to bed I exercise after as long as it's not to late. I get up at 6am now so I go to bed at 9:30. That was a major adjustment!

My Program:
I started Hammer and Chisel which I absolutely loved but I have even more limited space after Brody got here so I need a program that doesn't require as much equipment. So I started Turbofire and have been doing that for a month. I really wanted to add strength training back in so I'm going to do Body Beast..probably just 2-3 days a week but it will help with my flabby arms! And I was at my lowest weight I had been back in 2013 when I was doing Body Beast. Build muscle and burn fat!

Personal Information:
I live in Fort Wayne, IN. I work in the Data Control Dept as a Audit Error Specialist from 8-5pm. I love it so much more than being on the phones. My mood has improved and my stress level is down!

Other Information:
I love to read books that suck you in w/in the first chapter. I am currently hooked on James Patterson- the books w/ with Alex Cross, I highly recommend them.

I love all kinds of movies. Comedies and action are my favorite!

    Hi Andrea,

    In November it will have been 10 years ago that the first Aspire & Inspire Buddy Support Group Challenge was started. I'm sure you are busy with your two adorable kids (and they are super cute). However, I was wondering if you would be willing to sign up again for the challenge next month. They've changed quite a bit over the years. We have many participants but it would be great to have another one of the original team members that did the challenges 10 years ago give it a try again.
