When I came to college in 2004 I was a healthy,fit girl that weighed only 130 pounds. Throughout the years I definetly packed on more than the "freshman 15", more like 30!!!! When I look at picture from now to than, I wish I could turn back time and not put on those pounds. As I approach my 25th birthday in 2011, I know I have to be that fit, healthy young woman I used to be
