I live in southern Wisconsin and have been battling my weight for as long as I can remember. As I've gotten older I have realized the importance of taking care of ME.

My Goals:
1. To get below 200 lbs and stay there consistently.

2. To reach my goal of 175 lbs by October, 2014

My Program:
 I am using Sparkpeople to track what I eat. I am searching for an exercise plan that I can stay with and enjoy


Personal Information:
I live in South central Wisconsin in a small town. I am a police dispatcher for a police department in another small town north of where I live.

Other Information:
 I love to read. I have too many favorite authors to mention here. I am eclictic in my reading, enjoying fiction, mysteries and some biographies.
Now with the weather getting nicer I love to work in my yard. I have several flowerbeds and because I have a lot of shade in my yard I especially love hostas.
