    Hi!
So I'm like the worst friend ever...you come by, tell me about all you have done and all you have coming up and I never got back here. I'm struggling to get back on Spark. Life is so different now that I'm done with school and job searching. I'm still adjusting, LOL!

Anyway, I'm short on time at the moment (what's new), but I had to stop by and tell you how proud I am of you! What an inspiration!! I hope everything goes well for you this weekend with the half! I'll be thinking of you (which I have done in the past, just haven't made it by your page). Please forgive me?

Oh, and I see your status...not sure what issues you're having exactly with cramping, but potassium is good for leg cramps. So bananas (a runners best friend anyway) or a supplement might help. Again, good luck!! emoticon

    Hello Audrey!!
How are you? It's been a while since I've wrote on your page...like over a year! That's crazy!
So we both ran our first half marathons this year...look at us super moms go! How was it? Did you have a blast? Ready to do it again?

I know you're busy...me too...so I best not ask you a million questions! I hope you and the kids are doing well! Does Vince start school this year? Preston does...August 18th it's off to kindergarten! Crazy how time flies!

Take care and stop by when you have time!
    Hugs,
    Beth

Good Morning! Just stopping by to say hello! Ya know, I just have a 4 year old and the baby at home, and I'm busy. I don't know how you do it with a 2 year old too!
    Hope all is well!

    hugs,

Hi there!! So good to hear from you! It's awesome that you are able to nurse! I have never had much luck with the physical aspects of nursing. So I have always pumped for about 3 months and then switched to formula. My plan is a little different this time around since it's not like I'll be returning to work 6 weeks later. I went out and bought a nice double electric breast pump...mid-line model, so I'm hoping to make it closer to 6 months, if not the full first year.

You have some great questions regarding the calories and returning to work out. These are things I hadn't even thought about! So while I can't help you just yet, believe me, I'm going to do some research! Might as well, so I know what to expect down the road. So I'll get back to you on that.
Preston was about a year old when I started to actually pay attention to my weight, and realize how much I had put on! Before him my weight was pretty good - average.

You're so young! But I think that's really to your advantage! I'll turn 33 next month. When is your bday again? Mine is 12/31!
Hey, when I turned 30 I had a 13 yo, 9 yo, and an almost 2 yo! SO I feel ya!

I feel ya on the candy! There is so much of it in this house, it's crazy! Luckily hubby is working at it too, LOL! He's one of those stick thin, tall guys, that can eat whatever he wants. Ugh! LOL!

So yes, team green! We were going to find out (though I didn't want to) but the baby was all curled up and didn't reveal gender during my 20 week ultrasound. And there is no need for another u/s, so it will be a surprise. I'll be 30 weeks as of tomorrow, due 1/18!
I'm thinking girl, but maybe that's just because I'd like another daughter! Shortly after this baby arrives we'll be celebrating our only daughters sweet 16! The boys are 11 (almost 12) and 4. I have been feeling good, but this is definitely my last pregnancy! My body just can't do this again, LOL! My hips are very sore, as the baby loves to lay on them for some reason. My dr said ti's because my insides are so "stretched" from having 3 children. Either way, I'll be happy for a healthy baby.
The kids are excited, especially Emily. She threw me a shower a few weeks ago and it was a good time. Chad is hoping for a girl, as is Emily and Preston, because he said he can't handle another Preston! He's hit his terrible 2's after turning 4! It's crazy!

OK. That's enough rambling from me for now. I'm here daily (except the weekends...they are hit and miss) so I really hope you can get back here more often!!
Take care of yourself, and I'll let you know what I learn about workouts and nursing and calories, etc.

    Take care!!
    Hugs,
    Beth
