Introduction Text About Moi! :) Currently - I am almost at my ultimate goal weight....soo close The Past- I was in the upper 190's I bobbled between 193 & 198. No good. The day I saw 198 I knew-"this was it" I HAD to do something I had gotten down to 191 before rejoining Spark. With help from all of you I will continue to lose weight and gain a healthy fit lifestyle. This is such a wonderful website filled with knowledge, motivation, encouragement, and fitness tools. I love you Spark. Thank you for being there for us! So far I am more than 50lbs down! I have less than 15 more to go to get to my ultimate goal weight of 130! We can do this! I like to mix it up. ;) Walking/hiking/running are my hands down favorite forms of fitness. I LOVE the Turbo Fire program. It is amazing and a lot of fun!

I love to read, art, movies, I enjoy being in or around water, being out in the fresh air enjoying the sunshine and nature. Life is a bit rocky but it is worth every second. Life is good!
