I need to get on spark a little more. I just not saw your post about HBP. Well I have a praise report I only take meds for it when the number on the top is over 120. It has been a week and I have not had to take the meds for it. I have taken off a few more pounds since my divorce. I have less stress in my life. Now I usually take my meds for HBP every 4 days. But now it has been a week. I think I will have it check at one of those sit and check thingys?? 407 days ago

hi girl coming in for a little encouragement. I saw where you said you were eating salted foods. It is so hard. I have been blessed to only need to take my meds for high blood pressure only twice a week. Only by prayer is this even done. Of course like you I stumble over my salt tooth. You can do this.
