My main goal is to lose weight in order to improve my health. I have diabetes, high blood pressure and osteoarthritis in my knees.

Joined 2014 5% Summer Challenge. I am committed to using my peddler to work my legs and arms. I am also following diabetic plan from my diabetic dietitian. Counting carbs.
