Introduction Text By learning to eat healthier, hopefully I will be healthier, and reap some of the rewards by accomplishing that. I love walking and biking. I also enjoy the outdoors, volunteering, being with friends and a few of my family, reading, doing puzzles. I am just learning to enjoy these things again after a long period of doing none of these due to health, and circumstances in my life. I am hoping to be able to start "living" again, and feel I am off to a good start by joining Sparkpeople, for I feel a new "spark" in my life that has not been there for a very long time.

Since joining SP, I've accomplished goals (goals I never thought were possible at that time in my life) I am eating healthier foods, being more active, getting more exercise, doing my best staying positive with less stress, Overall, I'm taking better care of myself, and living a healthier life, because no one can do it for me!!



I live NW MN and enjoy all 4 seasons! l enjoy biking, walking, working out, and try to remain active. I love working with flowers/plants(it's good therapy for me) spending time with friends, volunteering, rummage sales, thrift stores. I love football, and hockey. (MN VIKINGS & MN WILD!!) I LOVE to read...my favorite type of books are Inspirational, & Mysteries (James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, John Sanford, Michael Connelly, Faye Kellerman just to name a few)
