My amazing parents. My dad was always concerned about my weight, and I feel him with me as I make progress. I miss him every day.

Hey there! How are things going? I am back on track so far for 1.5 days and I already feel better. Why can't we all just stay on track all the time and feel great ALL THE TIME. Hopefully you're doing well! :)

Oh it's going! I kicked butt at the gym today and my eating was right on track for a day. Although I did under my calories for the day at least it wasn't an over day for once. I have the next two days off as break days from work so I'm going to try really hard not to mess anything up. How are things with you? I read that you are all moved. Hopefully avoiding mom's pantry...?

How have you been? I was away for the weekend on a work trip and I didn't visit a gym at all. I did push around a wheelchair for one of my ladies, but I didn't watch what I ate at all. We had to take the ladies out to eat just about everyday. I plan on getting back into the gym tomorrow after work. That's when I normally go anyway. Well have a great week!

I was hoping you'd say something like that! :) I always try to find people on here who are about where I am on my journey. That way it seems like I am doing this with someone rather than doing it alone! I'm glad I looked around on here last night for some new motivation. It's making me feel better already. Well, I will check in with you later. I'm off to start my day!

Good luck in reaching your goals! If you ever need anything, look me up.. I always seem to be lurking... (in the non creepy sense of the word, of course!) :)

    Take care,
