First) half cup quinoa, cup of water cup boil then cook 15 minutes. Second) Cup of green lentils cooked drained and mashed 1 med pepper, onion and garlic sauteed added chopped carrots and 2 cups mixed greens from ninja seasoned to taste. Mix all together with 2 eggs or whites and half cup of panko. Make small meatballs then I sprayed them with nonstick butter flavor spray and broiled 15 minutes until golden brown flipped and 7 more minutes.
