Hey there...coming to answer your question about the April Walk Challenge. We are counting ANY miles walked. If its not a DVD, it has to be at least 15 minutes walked. We are also counting ANY 15 minutes of strength training. Strength training is just as important as cardio, so I want everyone to make sure they are getting credit for both.
