Working to Lose
Don't really know what to say, just got started with sparkpeople, looking for something to keep me accountable for sticking to my plan and help build and maintain good habits. I'm no stranger to the gym or even home workout plans, but somehow, even though I like to exercise, I find trouble fitting it in between chauffuering the kid around or making dinner, etc. However, I need to learn that my life WORKS better when I WORK OUT, and if I can't work out then nothing else is getting done either. ...

I want to be the person I see in my head, and man, is she gorgeous. And fit, and athletic. And she got there the right way. :)

My goal is to lose 100 pounds. I've gone from 294 last Christmas to 264, I just am looking for something to help me to stay on track.
My Program:
Dietary: Interval
Fitness: Intensity &Consistency
-Goal HR 130-160
-Don't miss more than a day between workouts (this is my BIGGEST PROBLEM!)
