I'm currently between that rock and hard place we all know and love so well and trying to move both ways at the same time hasn't gotten me much of anywhere... until lately.

my new proposal, put into place Sunday, 11/01/2020 is as follows...

I commit to getting as many business minutes in every day of the week as I can without jeopardizing my knees, my job or my sleep.

WAC Workout 3 times per week at home with a once a month virtual training session.
Rehab stretching exercises every other day until all moves and reps are complete..

Chair or floor dancing, 30 to 60 minutes spread out through the week.

Walking inside or out for 10 to 15 minutes (other than the rehab walking exercises) 3X per week.

Richard Simmons' oldies workouts as often as possible, at least one whole workout on days when not doing WAC or Rehab exercises.

I'm following the low carb/Ketogenic way of life, have come a long way but recently had a setback. It's been quite a while since I was able to committed entirely to myself and it's overdue. I'm trying to get my ducks in a row and regain what I've lost.

I'm my own worst enemy and I need to get past that. I've found my new mantra:

    The work on the inside is done, although with a house something always needs to be done. We are now working on the seriously neglected outside. In May the temperatures in Phoenix rise to over 100 and get up to 117 through August so now is the time to be outside
