Living consistently, with intentionality, everyday seems to be difficult for me but I am convinced it is the only way to journey through this life successfully.

*SPEND MORE TIME IN PRAYER AND IN GOD'S WORD EACH DAY.
*Keep a daily food journal
*Encourage a friend each day along their weight loss journey (SP and TOPS)
*Exercise some everyday.
*Lose weight every week

Low Carb WOE along with Intermittent Fasting.

I am originally from Concord, California. I have lived in Iowa, New Mexico and now ARKANSAS CITY, KANSAS.
I am retired and loving it. I was widowed Oct. 2010. Married June 28, 2014 to Ian. I have three grown children, 2 boys and 1 girl . I have four grandchildren, I like to study the Bible, read, embroider, shop thrift stores and paint rocks.
