My Goals:
I was the tall skinny brainy kid all my life. Then the strokes of 2009 & the biggie 2013 took their toll. I call myself the Gabbie Gifford of the Lehigh Valley!

I want to walk again and play an oboe.

Need to get back to 200 pounds! BMI of 24 or so.

My Program:
 I am doing 2 - 3 Zumba Classes weekly (Chair);
PT & OT twice weekly;
