    Look out! Here comes a pumpkin! emoticon Take at least 5 minutes, ideally , to do something nice for yourself that you haven't done for a long time. See if once you start, you can do it longer, like reading a book or taking a bath. A change is as good as a rest. GO PANTHERS!
