Introduction Text I've always been able to eat whatever I want and not gain weight, until the last few years. I kept eating like I was, but I gained a lot. I got married to the most wonderful man. The wedding was my motivation to lose weight. Now that the wedding is over, I've gained it back. I I need to lose about 40 pounds, I think I would feel 100% better, so lets do this!!! Sparkpeople helps with that motivation. I still have to motivate myself!

I want to lose some weight and be healthier. I want to be able to travel and be active.

I am trying to do the cardio and paying attention to what I am eating. The eating part is harder then the cardio.

I have two children, son that is 27 and daughter that is 26. I am a Duck's Unlimited volunteer and a Girl Scout leader. I have three dogs and a cat. I love crafting. I love to try new crafts.I especially like jewelry making and sewing. I like to be outdoors fishing and camping. I love to read, but don't spend enough time doing it. Continues to be true.
