2020: New Decade, New Me


I've been at this for many years and have been steadily sliding the wrong direction. I need to be honest and committed to achieve to turn dreams into plans. I hit my all-time high weight in April 2019 and have been working to turn my life and health around. I've lost just about 50 lbs. now and plan to lose 120 lbs. this year.

    Bronchitis!!! Icky!!! Iused to get it every year from the time I was 16-25...(parents & husband smoked in the house, car, etc.....) So I understand how you feel. Hope you feel better soon!! However i should only give you fair warning that I cannot let you win out of sympathy.........****wink****, the Fellowship of the Darklings will be the first to arrive in Rivendell & we will have eaten up all the delicious elven food & you will be left with nothing but lembas bread to sustain you....

    Hi Honey! You're doin pretty darn well yourself!! Keep it up . . the BEST thing to do for these challenges is be consistent. People can put up high numbers . . and then tend to fall off for a while. . . but if you're consistent in putting your numbers up . . . it really makes a difference!!

    ((((hugs)))) I hope you're feeling better. I know my stupid cold is still hanging around . . . but at this point . . I'm going to SWEAT it out! hehehe

You mentioned that I had a good picture, well, that is one of the better ones that my photogrpaher mother took, who knows how to pose you just right, so that things are camouflaged, LOL. But maybe you are right, maybe I am not so bad to look on as I think... Have a wonderful Sunday!
