2020: New Decade, New Me


I've been at this for many years and have been steadily sliding the wrong direction. I need to be honest and committed to achieve to turn dreams into plans. I hit my all-time high weight in April 2019 and have been working to turn my life and health around. I've lost just about 50 lbs. now and plan to lose 120 lbs. this year.

    LOL My kids actually had some of those, isn't that gross, I coundt even look at them, they spit alot of them out. But thanks for thinking of me!!! I feel like crap today cound'nt have the fudge in the house anymore tempting me so I ATE IT ALL!! LOL I DID but the funny thing is I still came within my cal. range HA! ( but I still feel like crap) Owell yesterday was my 1 month anniversary with sparks so i guess I celebrated. Today is a new day, lets make it a good one. Jill
