You are so right! The scales are not the big thing. It's those changes that make you feel better. My walks are preparing me for a 5K walk and, hopefully, a walking tour in England next year. I think a lot of us are finding it to be the same as you. I am exercising more but not seeing the needle move but I feel better so I feel like that in itself is a winner and I believe it will start moving again if I stay consistent. Pat 3682 days ago
