Been at this for most of my adult life, never giving up!! Age:54,mom of 3, 2 still at home. SAHM, and a homeschool mom. I’ve had a rough few years. My father was dx with terminal cancer in October of 2011 and passed away 18 months later. 8 months after his death my mom was dx with cancer and fortunately is doing very well. She had 2 stem cell transplants. My family moved in her house for nearly a year to take care of her. It was very stressful taking care of three houses(my parents had a lake house)and my family. We did it. This last year has finally felt normal. I still miss my dad like crazy. We all do. He would be so proud of his grandchildren. My oldest daughter is a physics major and has a great job and apartment about an hour from here. Middle daughter will be a senior next year and my baby boy is going into the 4th grade in the fall. Determined: Having made a firm decision and being resolved not to change it; processing or displaying resolve.

My Program:
Have always done the Weight Watchers program. Trying something new--counting calories on sparkpeople.

Treadmill for exercise, some weight training, trying kettlebells too.
