Go to YouTube and listen to Stephen Guise talk about MINI HABITS, It is really based on the Japanese Art of Kai-Zen (one minute) but he set the goal for just ONE, It can be for any goal, but it is just the same, you write it down and do ONE (more if you like) but with ONE you then mark you have met your goal, celebrate and move on. He started doing ONE push up.

I am now following Bryan Tracy's "Eat That Frog" which comes from Mark Twain. Do what is most important first in the morning that you are procreating about; for me it is balancing my checkbook and paying bills today. And getting them in the mail. Tomorrow my GDS come to start home school for Abeka Books since their school is closed, so it will be on the computer using their school books. My DD works from home now, and her husband has a construction business so he is still working. One son works at the News station, so no layoff there, another at the water company, one drives truck, DIL is an RN, etc. I'm frugal, so we have savings and no debt at our age.

May your joys be as deep as the oceans
Your troubles as light as its foam
And may you find sweet peace of mind
    Wherever you roam

    Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
