I can do all things through Christ Who Strengthens Me


I had emergency back surgery in March of 2013 and have been struggling to keep off the weight I lost at that time but now I am ready to get sparking and really shed the spread!

My Goals:
I want to get down to my ideal weight slowly and keep the weight off.
I want to manage my time better so as to allow myself time to exercise and eat properly.

My Program:
 I am exercising 30 min or more per day, doing daily Bible reading and trying to eat a well balanced diet that fosters weight loss.


Personal Information:
I have always lived in Ohio. I am a Christian and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13. He is my Rock, my all!
