Introduction Text Welcome! Hi I'm Stacy... I am happy to be here on Sparkpeople and am glad that God has allowed me to meet so many people. I had my 2nd baby on March 25, 2013 so it's time to get back to healthy living. I a finished my PhD in Business Management with emphasis on Organizational Leadership Management. My spiritual gifts are encouragement, finance, and compassion. God is good, through my weight loss journey I have to know that my spiritual exercise is just as important as my physical. By the end of 2011 I want to have one book completed, I am a self-publisher. I am really praying to God which book I need to focus on, but I know that which ever I decide on by the end of the month it will be an encouragement to many people. I would like to reach my goal of 200 and holding by December 1, 2011. My goal is to stop the YO-YO dieting because the fat comes back even worse! Stay postive and keep trying!

I am exercising every day. I am doing the sparkpeople plan using the biggest loser and Tae Bo tapes to get me toned and shaped up for the summer.
