Fall Time Fun. The garden is closing . All the jars are put up. The house is warming by pots of soup simmering on the stove. And the fireplace flickers patterns of dragons across the walls. The beach is quieter now - all the Summer visitors have gone to hibernate. This Dragon loves Fall .. with the birthdays and anniversaries coming.

1- No Bread or Flour - TRACK IT ALL

2- 30+ CARDIO EXERCISE Daily and ST 3xs per WEEK.

3- 8+ GLASSES OF WATER OR GREEN TEA PER DAY

4- 1/2 Plate of Veggies every Meal


No Excuses - Making excuses burns ZERO Calories per hour.


My Program:
Meal Planning and Sticking to it.
Thursday - Weekly Meal Plan
Friday - Grocery List/Shopping
Sat/Sun - Batch Cooking helps.

Exercise -
Speed Walking videos for Cardio Daily and ST at least 3xs a week.
Weekly Weigh Ins

With COVID19, I am not traveling for work Mon-Thur like I was before ... so that should make working out and eating right easier, right?



Personal Information:
I love the beach, fishing, & gardening. I'm married to my dear husband 33 years. And we enjoy volunteering as Sunday School teachers and VBS Leaders for our church.

We have a daughter, son-in-law, and cutest 9 year-old grandson ever ;-)
And love animals, too! One dog, Freddy; 2 cats: Marie and KC; and a very friendly turtle, Lucky.

I work as an IT Project Manager in a mostly sedentary job. Working good meal plans and exercise into the day are essential.

    Hi Diane, working on Helping Santa fill his sleigh, this is box 12, share a wish, my wish if this is form self, is that I become more discipled in my goals for a healthy life style and if the wish is for our team mate, I wish you a very successful rest of the year and a very great new year.

    Nothing worth having is ever easy to come by. The same goes for a healthy life. There may be some hard decisions and a lot of discipline, but when you get what you earn you will appreciate it so much more.
