Hi! I decided to update my screen name to my burlesque stage name, because I CAN lol.

Im DONE looking at it as Weight Loss goals. Because, been there done that, wherever you go there you are. WL alone has never brought me anything but shallow reward. But dang, being healthy has so many benefits, and one of them is I look better in (and out of) my clothes.

Im a recent divorcee (2015) and enjoying my freedom in the best time of my life. Really!! I just bought a house in November. I have a decent job and a decent car, and an amazing boyfriend and Im trying out all kinds of things in my life I'd have never thought possible in my 20's and 30's.

Im 44, Scorpio, and live in the Phoenix Metro area. Last year I became a burlesque dancer as a hobby. Looking to try pole dancing as my next adventure in fitness.

Low Carb High Fat worked great for me last summer. Really!! Not full keto, just no processed anything. So Im here to get back at it.

Buying a house and moving, right before the holidays last year threw me off something terrible. It was a stressful endeavor under the best circumstances: I had a financial hiccup in the middle of it. Healthy eating became a low priority, now my pants dont fit. You know the drill.....

On a personal level, I have a teenage daughter that lives with me half time, with her dad half time. We were married for 13 years. My boyfriend and I met in the Fall of 2015, and are involved in a couple lifestyle groups. We have an open relationship and may possible be poly, but dont know yet. He likes pasta. ALOT! Hes got a super high metabolism and a physical job and is 8 years younger than me, I have a desk job and a slow metabolism. We dont live together, but spend about half time together, so his eating habits rub off on me.

LIMITING REFINED SUGAR PRODUCTS (MODERATE FRUIT SUGAR, HONEY, AGAVE)

COCONUT FLOUR IS DREADFUL, I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS. PLEASE SHOW ME SOMETHING TO MAKE ME CHANGE MY MIND, IM BEGGING YOU! ITS SO LOW CARB I WANT TO LOVE IT.

    Yes I had my tiny kitchen redone in the summer (we are refurbishing whole house not done since 70's/60's) and I got a huge double oven, grill, wok burner, 5 more burner, griddle monster of a gas cooker! Its beautiful! Lol
