    Increasing physical activity, even without weight loss, can greatly improve your health and happiness!

    So on this Monday morning, give yourself a Christmas emoticon of better health. Write down that Spark plan--it's not too late--as if you are writing a letter to Santa. How can you improve your physical activity prior to Christmas?

    I know it can be tempting with those holiday parties and gatherings, food treats in the office/workplace lounge. Consider taking some fresh fruit emoticon or a veggie/freggie tray emoticon as a healthy option. It will provide an option instead of consuming emoticon and emoticon .
