Started healthy lifestyle- Starting weight- 1/october/2012-98 kg 30/Oct/2012-94kg 25/December/2012- 91kg 7/jan/2013- 90 kg 6/feb/2013-89 kg 31/may/2014-90 kg

Diet and Exercise . 12 glasses of water and more I try to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Walk daily for 60 mins or more 5 times/wk Do strength training 3/wk . Relaxing with my son and hubby dear. 8 hours of sleep especially Sparking..its the thing that keeps me motivated...i simply love sparking daily...
