I AM IN CONTROL OF THE FOOD (MOSTLY) rather than it controlling me! .

I DO BELIEVE in the Slimming World healthy eating plan but do realise my addiction to food means I have to be constantly vigilant of the 'extras'/syns
TRYING NOT TO EAT BETWEEN MEALS HOWEVER CHALLENGING THAT CAN BE!

I like Slimming World but currently I am following SUSTAIN NUTRITION and have been for 4 months and have returned to my happy weight and am never hungry and my mindset is improving which doesn't happen with Slimming World.


WRITE IT DOWN (Trying to do so) SO I KNOW I'M USING RATHER THAN ABUSING THE SYNS!

My Goals:
I have achieved my goal with Slimming World and want to maintain that weight =/-3lbs! CURRENTLY I AM AT TARGET, IN FACT AT MY LAST WEIGH IN I WAS slightly under my target weight and its about 2 years since I took that target again, so attend classes at least every 4 - 6 weeks to WI ;-)


My Program:
Currently working on 100 DWL again but I still follow Slimming World eating plan and it is REALLY good for me!



Personal Information:
My name is Donna. I live near Preston, Lancashire. I have two children, a girl Chloe who is 18 and a son James who is 16.. I am happily married to Tony, we've been together for 30+ years and married for 20 years. I was also diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 3 years ago and am taking Copaxone injections 3 times a week to 'delay' any further progression and so far, so good!


Other Information:
I love reading, especially James Patterson and Karin Slaughter books

I also love aqua aerobics classes and zumba classes and am lucky with my current job of caring for my MiL , of course I can't attend at the moment and with the virus and as full time carer I can't really return just now.
