Retired intervention specialist for a Midwest school system; translated- I taught mentally ill 6-12th graders in a locked residential treatment
facility. My career spanned 33 years and I loved my job.
Upon retirement, my husband of 41 years and myself left the snow and cold behind and relocated to the beach of Florida's Gulf coast.
We have now lived here 9 years and continue to enjoy all this area has to offer.

My Goals:
To maintain a healthy, stress-free lifestyle!

My Program:
 I walk EVERY day... Usually at least 4 miles. I also swim in the pool and lift light weights.


Personal Information:
Currently 66 years young.
Enjoy substitute teaching at the local elementary when I am requested in advance AND have time.
Like to travel, go to sunset, and visit with friends across the US.
