    Here are a few suggestions

    1) go to your sparkpage and put a little about you and your journey on it - so that when members come to say hi they can read how you are doing

    2) remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will find lots of encouragement and motivation

    3) make use of all that is available here at Sparks - especially the food and exercise tracker - keeping a food tracker for a couple of weeks and then looking back at what you ate and what has happened re the scale - you will be able to see where you need to make changes.

    Most of all reach out for help - there are a lot of members that can help you along the way
