New Health for a New Phase


The kids are starting off to college and high school, so my husband and I are looking at things we would like to do in this new part of our lives. Most of them include a lot of activity - travel, camping, backpacling, so I want to be in shape to enjoy the years ahead.

My Goals:
I want to eat right, get my weight down about 8lbs and get in the habit of excercising regularly

My Program:
 Once I get the OK from my doctor, I will get back to the gym to lift weights 2-3X per week. I've never kept a food journal, but I think I'll start.
