Bonnie, stay off the scale. I know it is difficult and I'm coaching myself through it. I keep reminding myself that all the wonderful things I am enjoying have nothing to do with the scale. I am more fit, my blood pressure is the lowest it has ever been, I have lots of energy, my complexion is clearer, my countenance is warmers, I am stronger, faster, smaller and my husband can hold me closer. If you don't mind, I'd like to look at your nutrition tracker, it sounds like you are doing all the right things. For me, I had to make sure I was getting the best nutrition possible and eating enough potassium, calcium and magnesium each day.
