Introduction Text I will love myself unconditionally, no matter what. I will make new choices that make me feel stronger, more at peace, and have more lasting energy. I will remember I am not a victim. I am the lead character in my own story that I write. I am capable of making good choices.

1. To say..."and I love myself" at the end of each sentence, especially when I make a mistake. 2. To try out and become consistent with a meditation/mindfulness practice that works for me. 3. To use exercise and activity as a stress reliever and a natural anxiety-reducer. 4. To draw firm boundaries in the sand, protecting the things I value most: my family, my husband, my creativity, my self-compassion.
