Today I'm choosing to start a healthier life, for me and for my family.

My Goals:
To continue to get healthier and get back to my pre-pregancy weight and fitness level.

My Program:
 I've been tracking my food to see what I need to add and what needs to be taken from my diet.
Started to post more regularly on boards so I can learn from others' experiences. I've also enlisted hubby's help to exercise- He's a marathoner and is trying to hook me in.


Personal Information:
I'm 32 (almost) and have 2 little ones. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and married for 7 (in Dec. 07).

Other Information:
 Love animals but do not have any at the moment.
I'm a kid at heart so playing with children is one of my favorite pass times.
Love travelling and learning new cultures and trying new foods- The trick will now be to eat the right now.

    Hi there,

    Thank you so much for checking in on me. I'm doing well. I'm excited bc my marathon is only two weeks away, but of course I'm nervous as well. The longest I've ever run is 20 miles and that was a bit of a challenge. Oh well, there's no turning around now.

    The pounds aren't dropping, but the inches are. I'm currently wearing 12/14's. That's a big deal for me. I haven't been in these sizes for 11 years.
