My Goals:
I'm a cancer survivor. Would like to get down to at least 150 lbs

My Program:
 20 minute walk and stretches in morning
Peddler 4x week for 45 -1 hour
Shopping on Weekends with lots of walking


Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful man 45yrs on Valentines Day! Have a son and daughter & 11yr old & 4 yr old
beautiful grandsons!

Love to have fun, laugh & wish Peace in this world to all.
