I have been on Sparkpeople for 7 years but I am starting a brand new journey. My journey this time around is focused on health and rehabilitation. I am disabled and can only do chair exercises but I am hoping through exercise and good nutrition to be able to do regular exercises again in the future. Follow me through my blogs (which I do daily) to find out how this develops for me! I am interested in bodybuilding but right now I am just focused on reducing my pain. I have a lot of weight to lose but don't really have a timeline for that because it is hard for me to move around as much with my injuries. Although I am up to walking around 4,000 steps a day now and have raised my step goal to 5,000.

I am a Buddhist nun with a 10-year-old son. I am a writer. I am disabled but fitness is still a huge part of my life and I am working towards getting fitter and healthier every day. I have a Pomeranian and a Manx. I enjoy comedies and cartoons.
