I want to look good, live healthily and with gusto.

My Program:
 I am eating three meals a day and exercising for a minimum of ten minutes a day. I am visiting this website regularly, seeing a dietician for advice and doing breath and body work, daily. I''m meditating and praying.

    Just thought I would touch base with you. I have seen your comments on a couple of threads. I am starting over because I put on weight after my operation. Time to start working towards my goals again because my daughter is getting married on Sept 29/07. Really looking forward to the wedding. Having lots of fun with the planning.

    I hope you are able to maintain your goal weight. Hope to hear from you again some time.
