2016: Year Of The New Me!


I can't believe that this is the last day of 2015.
Seems like the year just started.
I have had a few ups and downs.
But been blessed beyond measure!!!!!!
I have all of you great people on here.
You have been a great inspiration to me.
When I am down reading your comments and well wishes pick me up. I also have a great family who helps me out.
And I am thankful for such a wonderful fiancée.
Chris and I will be getting married in November. ...

Which I am so happy about. God has blessed me with a good man and a wonderful partner. His kids are great too.
I am happy to be starting over in such a good place.
Will be here not only for them but also for you too.
Let us make 2016 the year for all of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eat less junk

5 fruits and veggies a day.

Water

30 minutes exercise a day.

Pray and journal when I want to eat out of stress

Keep in contact with my
SP friends and my Fiancee Chris.

My Program:
 Pray and read bible daily.
Exercise 30 mins a day.
Water and 5 freggies daily.
Yoga daily.
Journal and talk
when I feel like overeating.
Keep in contact with friends
by email and on their pages and Chris by phone...
